It’s been quite a while since I last posted a blog. I was on my honeymoon in Europe, and then went back to Japan for a month, so I was away for almost 2 months!!
I have several handmade items that I would like to show in this blog, but first, I want to show some of the items I got while I was away. I thought you would be interested in those craft items 😀
[Barcelona, Spain]
We visited a flea market called “Mercat Del Encants” at Plaça de les Glories Catalanes. There were hundreds of shops in the area!! Maybe you can feel how it was like from the picture below!!
Spain is famous for its leather products, so I could find some recycled leather shop.
Here, at this market, I got this leather!! I don’t know what I can make out of this, but I will probably try making something small 🙂
I also got these cute buttons at the market. That will be cute to make accessories for kids or baby clothes? I can even paint them colorfully, and use them to make something for myself 😀
[Nice, France]
I once visited Paris, and also southern part of France, and I really liked the southern part of France!! So, I was thinking to visit the south sometime again! And here, we came to Nice!!
Nice was a lot different from where I visited in the south before, but I liked it 🙂
I looked for a craft shop on the internet and then I found “La droguerie“. We had to walk for about 30 min to get there, but it was nice walking in the town.
The building was cute. We stepped inside… there was a colorful world, spreading in front of my eyes… Cute!!
You can get as many beads and buttons as you want!! The display was also nice.
I got those small beads there! I wanted to buy more things but I just couldn’t pick… Out of time!!
[Yokohama, Japan]
So, I was in Japan for a month. I visited “Kiwa seisakujo” where I bought several items but I’ve already used some of them… I also should have taken some pictures to introduce you the atmosphere, but I forgot to do since it was just so familiar to me… Maybe next time!
What I can show you are these. Very thin chains in black and pink. Aren’t they pretty? I thought I would make a necklace, but I still haven’t made up my mind… I don’t want to waste them, so I really have to think carefully!!
I hope you’ve enjoyed looking at some photos of beautiful items from abroad!! I will update when I made something out of them 😀
